Thank you for applying to the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Central Massachusetts.

You may use this on-line application to join the association. Simply choose the member type that pertains to you and then fill out the rest of the requested information.

Founded in 1941, the HBRACM is a non-profit trade association comprised of home builders, remodelers, trades people, suppliers and many other related professionals involved in the construction, development, and remodeling of housing in the Central Massachusetts region. We help our members by providing education, information, legislative & regulatory advocacy, health & insurance benefits, discount programs, and networking opportunities. With your approved membership in the HBRA of Central Massachusetts, you will also be joining the State Building Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

Your application is subject to further approval by the HBRA of Central Massachusetts and may require more information. All applications are “pending” until approved by the local chapter association. Dues as a business expense: While contributions or gifts to the HBRA of Central Massachusetts are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income tax purposes, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Members agree to abide by the Constitution, Bylaws and Code of Ethics of the Association (copies of these are available by request).

Associate

$655 per year
Members that qualify under this category are full Local (HBRACM), State (HBRAMA), and National (NAHB) Association Members and as such you may participate in any of the benefits and privileges of these three organizations, including: voting rights, product and service discounts programs, newsletters, periodicals, networking and educational opportunities.

This membership includes an additional Affiliate membership granted a second person from the member company with full access rights.

Builder Plus

This membership covers all aspects of the Builder membership for one person plus 1 additional Affiliate memberships and 1 Council membership. This membership will provide you and others in your company equal access to Local, State and National member only information and benefits as well as valuable NAHB Council information.

$545 per year
